The temperature in Classico Wood Fired Oven’s fully insulated cooking space may be controlled with the air flow regulation on both door and chimney. The built-in termomether helps monitoring it.
Classico has room for 2 large pizzas, or 2 trays, simultaneously.
Although big and powerful, Classico is still able to be moved, as it weights 20kgs (when the refractory bricks are removed) and can even fit in the car trunk of a regular car (such as a VW Golf).
