Description
Bambino Wood Fired Pizza Oven is the pizza oven in which you can actually cook. Besides pizza you may cook lasagna, focaccia, bread (ciabatta for example) and bruschettas (great way to take advantage of bread starting to get stale). You may even cook potatoes, vegetables and fish!
The structure is fully insulated and has a built in thermometer, so temperature rises fast and can be monitored in order to achieve the best results.
Bambino’s refractory bricks are removable, as well as the chimney, and it is fairly light, therefore being easy to move. Oven’s structure weights only 17kg and the refractory bricks weight 15,5kg.
